does anyone know if we order the riblets without the sauce, if they would be low carb? or is there breading?
The nutrition facts say the riblet initial order with sides w/o sauce is 74g carbs. The riblet refill order w/o sauce is 60g carbs. Most of the carbs onlinee from the fries and coleslaw that onlinee with each order. Meaning there does not appear to be breading on the riblets. You can always call or email Applebee’s. Probably best to assume some carbs regardless and plan your day accordingly if you are trying to stay 20g/day.
There is no breading on the ribs. Sorry don’t know if they’d be carb free.
Had the riblets the other day. Very good. As for the 2nd and 3 rd time it’s a smaller portion for those who didn’t know already how some all u can eats are. The lady asking I am sure sauce can be on the side, they give you 3 sauce choices and there is no breading on the meat.

Does anyone know if you can mix and match or do you just choose tenders or riblets?
You cannot get 1/2 & 1/2. But you can order 1 for your 1st round and get the other for your 2nd round.
