   Thanks, Collin & Team. I just ordered (it is free standard shipping too). I guess I don’t shop there enough to get any rewards, but since I’ll have $10, ‘ll be a quick learner.

   Can anyone onlinement on how to utilize Pet Co’s Pet Rewards, i.e., are there any restrictions? TIA

  Sarah, when I went to the Petco website, it was on the home page (scroll through the offers on that home page). I just clicked on where it said to click. Boy, if I don’t get that $10 in 5 days like Collin said and what was posted on the site…. !

  It says “24 Days of Deals $10 Pals Rewards Click Here with purchase of any one bag of Solid Gold dog or cat food” It is in red as you scroll across through the deals.

  So, FYI. I have been buying some of the deals as well. I will usually get my regular rewards points, and not the bonus points, so I always have to contact customer service. The lady there said that they are so inundated with shipments and orders that a lot of the points are not being credited. Keep on them about it. They usually fix it right as I’m on the phone or chatting with them online. It’s a pain because the wait time is sometimes 20+ minutes, but if you want your points, keep on top of it all! Good luck!

  I ALWAYS have to chat with the them about rewards points. But they fix it pretty fast so its not a big deal to me.

  So Sarah, 1) you would need to be a Pals Rewards member and if you are not, sign up FIRST. 2) Then buy your items. 3) The points will not show up for 48+ hours, but they are really behind and you would need to follow up with customer service so they can credit them to you.

   I ordered a bag and rec’d my two $5 Petco Reward Dollars today with no problems 🙂 Just wanted to share for the people who had concerns. You should see your reward dollars in your account within 48 hrs of placing your order 🙂
