  That’s what the package says but I suspect it’s actually way less than that. We’re on our second child and each refill seems to hold barely half as many as what the package says.

  270 refers to newborn diapers, so as they move up in size the count goes down considerably.

  Correct. Although even when our kids were in newborns it still didn’t hold 270 per refill.

   I use Glade febreze trash bags (with an empty refill ring) and they work wonders, they smell great and they’re way cheaper.
