   How did you get the 19.67 each price if they are 59.00 each bogo. Are you using an additional coupon? Otherwise they will be 24.50 each.

  You buy 3 @ $59 each but 2 of the 3 are free. You buy 1 get 2 free.

  Hi there! When calculating the B1G2 price for the $59 boots, I still find them to be $19.67 each. Hope that helps!

   You buy one for 59 and get 2 free so u get 3 pairs at the end and 59 divided by 3 = 19.67

   In my opinion, this sale is really is JC Penney manipulating their prices. There are some sales you can get one pair for $20, so getting you to spend $60 is not a good deal for you.
