   Now why in the world would Amazon give some people a 15% off coupon, but not others? Does anyone understand how this works? No coupon for me, and honestly, it bothers me that Amazon would pick and choose.

  Yes, it does seem it varies by account. Some have them pop up for certain items. Hopefully you will grab the savings on a future deal as well!

   The 15% off coupon didn’t show up UNTIL I signed in to my Amazon account. Prior to that it was not showing. Hope that helps!
