  The rebate form link is different. Here is the right one – https://www.jcpenneyrebates.online/media/uploads/1511560340488.pdf
  You got to fill this form and mail it across to the address mentioned in the form. But the catch here is the sample UPC says 12 numerical digits, the entire box had just one barcode, and it has 13 numerical digits. Not sure if that is the right one. It is mentioned to send the original UPC, not a copy, so does it mean the barcode has to be cut from the box and mailed to them? It is confusing… Someone who did this before please clear it up.

    Ordered and received one, but now they say rebate is non valid, so instead of $19 you still pay $39: Get you one way or another: Customer service lady said sorry, can’t help you, we sold so many and have no way of getting the refund for you now. 1 week, just got the fryer on delivered on Sat. DONE with pennys

    Same problem with rebate, of no value. I would have spent a little more and got a better one
    Many stores had 40$ air fryers. Now they have it with coupon for 35, they were going to mail one I did not receive it.

    Pretty much done with Penneys. Got through rush of Christmas and sat down to do rebate for air fryer. Since receipt didn’t include rebate form it should have at least showed date of expiration. What a racket!
