Hi there! I am not certain if it is the same for all phones, however, I have an android and I swiped once, and then was directed to turn up the volume. Then it worked! Hope that helps!
You can enable the mic usually under your settings>privacy>microphone or go through the pink nation app. I toggled the turn snow on and off button and it finally asked me if I wanted to enable the microphone for this app.

Hi Melissa! It is a bit confusing to figure out. Not sure if all phones are the same. I have an android and I swiped once, was directed to turn up my volume and then it worked for me! Hope that helps!
