   My code is not working either so I chatted with someone on there and she thought it was because I was using Safari on my iPhone she said sometime safari does not work with their site… Bummer

   I had issues using the promo code as well – I placed my code and called their custom serve, they applied the 20% off to the order. My order total dropped below $100 after coupon and free shipping still applied.

   I did live chat and the lady stated that the code cannot be used on items that end in .97. I’m hoping she will honor it and let me order jeans for myself and my son.
