They sell ones like these at the dollar store. Maybe just spend an extra $1 for more pieces to decorate with..

I bought this last year for my 4 year old. The pieces didn’t stick and I had pieces all over my house.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear the pieces did not stick! 🙁 Thanks for your honest feedback!

      • Whitney

        Same exact situation here!

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

          Darn!

I agree I bought felt trees that onlinee with decorative pieces last year at dollar tree and I saved them and plan on adding Velcro to the tree and pieces so they can be reused such as this one. not as big but nice for young kids

Or, go to Joann Fabrics and get some felt for a couple of bucks, cut out the tree yourself, and make it a project for the kids to make felt decorations. Cheap and fun!

Agreed! I made one for my stepdaughter when she was 2. Now she’s 8 and puts it up in her room as her own tree every year. The last year she “played” with it, she was 5. It took me about an hour to make.

    • Cristine

      My thoughts exactly!

I bought something like this last year at the Dollar Store also, but added magnets to the back and attached it to my classroom door. The kids loved it and it will be used again this year! 👌

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How cute! Thanks for sharing Kelista!

I went to Walmart and got the fabric to make this last year. My 2 yr old loved it. I cut out shapes from the stock photo ideas and they stuck to the fabric pretty well. Much cheaper. This year I might add some Velcro to it also.

  7. Jennifer Pantoja

I bought this a few years ago but I did not pay $25 for it! Must have been the dollar store or Michael’s…

  8. FC

Made me myself lastby at for less then $5 and it was a total hit!!
