Is this tonight at midnight or tomorrow night at midnight?

Hi there! This is Sept. 1st at Midnight – (tonight at midnight) 🙂

      • Michelle Habegger

Hello Everyone…I just got off the phone with my local store and is is TONIGHT!!!!!!!! The store will close at regular time then re-open at Midnight for the event…Last time they did this it was on a Thursday so I wanted to make sure since midnight would be technically Sept 1st…HTH

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

          Thanks for the helpful feedback!

This is the worlds worst time! My kids go back to school tomorrow and my husband is out of town. Plus I hate to drive an hour to ToysRUs just to find out they ran out of the T-Shirts. At Black Friday they had an operation game available for a dollar or two and the second one in line bought the whole shelf. I had waited for over an hour in line. If anyone gets there and wants to sell their swag let me know!

    • Michelle

I know the feeling… I was really hoping it was tomorrow… It’s like a 35 min drive and not sure how long it will all take… My husband had to get up at like 4:30 or earlier for work so he may not be up for it…

Thank you! I would’ve been there tomorrow at midnight smiling away wondering why we are the only ones still first in line 😂🤣

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Lol! You’re very welonlinee!

  5. Amie Smith

Sooo tempted, I do love free stuff, but I don’t know if its enough to interrupt my sleep.

  6. Gloria

This is where you feel for parents with children who probably know about the event and “really” want to go. Midnight! Why would a children’s store have children out at midnight! Would never participate in an event like this.

What about those of us in South Texas where Hurricane Harvey took out most of the city’s power? If our local store is without power, do you think it will be honored at another time?

  8. Monique

Yah thanks for this post! Took my son and a couple of his friends we got a shirt and poster at the toys r rus store along with some photos of them with a couple of storm troopers…we were also able to hit target and got a nylon bag and some buttons! The kiddos were more than thrilled! Thanks again!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Happy to hear how much fun they had! You’re so welonlinee!
