Hip Tip: I like to roast breaded veggies on top of a metal cooling rack stacked on a baking sheet to help air circulate underneath, which produces a yummy crispy texture. Remember to spray the rack with non-stick spray first to avoid food sticking.
These Brussels sprouts are crazy GOOD!
Get ready to bite into the delicious onlinebo of crunchy texture on the outside, soft roasted goodness on the inside, and tangy buffalo sauce! You can always drizzle the wing sauce on the outside instead of a dip, if desired. I think they’d make an excellent side dish as well! Enjoy!
