   I was surprised how one store near me had great clearance prices & the other store near me didn’t have any toys on clearance. I even found some lego sets on clearance & got a great head start on Christmas shopping!

  Have a grandparents morning or have your husband watch them while you go shopping tonight. Or if u are lucky like me your kids are oblivious and don’t notice what is rung up.

  I would reserve this plan only for a really good deal, but maybe if you saw something you just could not pass up, maybe you could grab an associate, ask them to take it and bag it (explaining why) and somehow plan a way to get it paid for without the kids knowing what’s in the bag. I guess it would also depend on old (and/or attentive) the kids are. I’ve never done this, but it has crossed my mind in the past about my own kids, so I thought I’d suggest it. 🙂

  The picture isn’t the normal paw patroller. It looks like it’s a mega blox toy. Your kid probably would not have wanted this if he asked for a paw patroller.

    I scored a My Little Pony Rarity fashion set for $9 (reg $19.99); Shopkins Smoothie Truck for $9 (reg $15); and a Melissa and Doug princess magnetic dress up set for $9 (reg $14.99).
    So many other good deals there!! (Kids swimsuits/cover ups are also being clearanced out!)

    I found My life dolls for $9.97, clothes and some accessories for them at 50% off. Snagged DC hero girls for $2.50 each! PJ masks 3 inch figures 2-packs were $5 each. With all of my Walmart, Hollar and Amazon finds, I am done with my daughter’s Christmas. 😁

    I took my grandsons to Wal-Mart this morning without knowing about this post and my youngest scored a nexo knight Lego set for $5 and a ninjago set for $7 …both were 11.97 oridinally…best part of all the one set he spotted first and all by himself…at age of 7 he already knows to look for clearance and sale items or grandma’s not gonna buy it!

    Please be careful if you are buying for Christmas. I was told that returns are only allowed for purchases within 90 days which would put Christmas after that 90 days. You might want to check with your local store.
