I would be mindful ordering from them. I received an order recently and received some else’s order summary. It had all their information on it. I contacted them because I never received my order summary, I assume it got sent to someone else. I didn’t even get an apology. I just got the automated response emails, they didn’t even address my issue. Truly disappointed in this onlinepany.

That’s really weird I placed at least 20 to 25 orders in the past probably six months and never had any issues

I have been a customer of theirs for years as well. I have never had a negative experience, until now. I was very surprised to see how they handled the situation. Sad they didn’t handle it better. I really liked to shop at their stores.

I have been buying from them for 8 years and I have never had one problem. The only thing I don’t like is when placing an order they still have stuff listed that is out of stock.
