What if you do grocery pick up and you don’t get a receipt. How do you email it then?

Go into your grocery account, save your order as a PDF and email it in. This can be done most easily by using Chrome as there is a “print to PDF” option.

Idk if this is still the case… But I always text in my receipts to receive the usual KFR points. In the past, they seemed to keep track of which ones included the free book promo. I’d log in to my KFR account and it would tell me that I had credits for free books.

If anyone has any idea the least expensive item to buy to get the free book would be great. We will consume just about anything off the list. Just went through the list with my 4 kiddos and looks like we are wanting 16 books. We did a promotion a few years ago where we got $5 credit for buying certain products we ended up with tons of free books, and a stockpile of cereal. About a year ago when I tried I was told Walmart pick up does not qualify as a receipt for this (and neither does Amazon). Does anyone know if this has changed?

I don’t know if it will work or not for this promotion, but I always submit my Peapod receipts to KFR via email and get credit for my purchases.

Hi there! I just did a live chat with Kellogg’s to verify if online purchases would be included. Here was their response: “I’ve confirmed that it’s not reonlinemended to purchase online and submit your receipt for the offer. However, that does not mean that you can’t you still can, it’s just that our automated system might not be able to recognize it.” Hope this helps!

If anyone has any extra receipts they won’t be using, I would love to be able to donate a couple of books to the special education preschool my daughter goes to. The teacher is amazing and I can’t think of a better way to thank her, she would be thrilled!

Does anyone know if it is one Kellogg item per receipt? If I buy 5 participating items on one receipt will I get 5 codes? Or one code worth 5 books?

You would get 5 credits to get 5 books. You have to order them 1 at a time & they ship separately even if you order all 5 at once.

I sent my receipts and they said the receipts were not readable. I flattened them out and sent them again. Out of 10 items purchased I got one book? I tried calling the help number and couldn’t get anyone. I emailed the receipts they said it was not the right format. I emailed and texted them again and didn’t get any response. This is so irritating. I really wanted the books for my granddaughter! Any suggestions?
