  ATTENTION: I couldn’t get my second one to go through either (as I see it’s the same with other users). At the top right there’s a ?, press of and it allows you to manually type in the barcode numbers and it works. Hope this helps!

   I am trying to redeem this offer through Ibotta and it only recognizes the first item. I keep scanning the second one and nothing happens. It stays on the product two of to scream even though it gives you the checkmark that it recognizes it. 🙁

  Used the same way to enter 2nd but it turns out Ibotta did not give the rebate. It only gave the rebate for my other items but this $3. Even you successfully submit, it did not get approved. I am not sure the reason.

   I won’t be trying this until I hear from them about the Dove foam I bought. It allowed me to submit the dove along with the other things I bought. I immediately got the refund for everything else but it. I haven’t heard back from customer service yet.

  I have the same issue with the Del Monte fruit cups. I’ve bought them on 3 separate trips now, and every time, they’re the only thing I don’t get refunded. I contacted CS and they fixed every time withing a day.

  Hi, just heard from cs regarding Dove. Due to popularity of the rebate the expiration time was moved up. In essence it was a too bad response and check the expiring times closer 😲😲😲😲😲

  I heard back last night. They weren’t going to credit me but I respectfully disagreed with them. I understand that things expire but if that was the case i shouldn’t have been able to select and submit the rebate and have a confirmation screen say that they got it. Anyway they ended up crediting me. $5.75 is a lot of money! I would have just returned the body wash to the store but I really feel like they were in the wrong on this one. Alls well that ends well, I guess.

  Uninstall then install the app again. I was wondering why a lot of items posted here were not on my ibotta. I read it from here to reinstall it, and it worked!

    Not working for me, either. Manually entering the code did not help because it already showed that 2 items were verified and stated that when I entered to code. It scanned both items correctly, it just won’t “light up” the 2nd check mark and advance to the next screen. Hopefully they will get it fixed.

    Last time I did ibotta at Walmart, I just scanned the qrc at the bottom of the receipt and it automatically matched everything up…I didn’t have to scan the products. Is that not how everybody’s works at Walmart?

    I purchased two olay body wash travel and it would not take my second item. I even tried inputting the UPC number but it still didn’t take it. I emailed customer service and hopefully they will give me the credit

    I was able to redeem mine by Scaning first item. The the second didnt scan kept saying already matched. So I decided to Start over and scanned receipt then was able tonscan only 1 item. Then I checked on ? on the top right corner. Then I entered 037000424314 from a bigger bottle I had at home. Worked fine and went through. Hope it Helps.

  I actually did buy it before but Ibotta said receipt wasnt clear had to reload again but I had lost receipt. Either way went to purchase it again to get the rebate. Love Olay great body wash.

    Ok, finally got it to work I think. At least my receipt is processing. I did what someone else said they did. But I looked up UPC codes online to get a different one, since it wouldn’t take my two identical product UPC codes that I purchased. I entered 037000481775, in addition to the two 003700083046 that I purchased and at least it accepted it to process. But guys, this is almost as controversial as the free Aveeno moisturizer at Walmart that wouldn’t work because Walmart wouldn’t accept the coupon!

  I purchased 2 travel bottles and had the same issue as everyone else, but I had another bottle of Olay from a previous purchase that I scanned to at least get it to process. We will see what happens.

    Here is an update for those of you having issues or wanting to do this deal.

    Like everyone else, I had trouble scanning two of the travel size bottles. So, I scanned the QR code as Heather suggested above and I did not have to scan any of my barcodes. It automatically matched up my olay bottles with the rebate. The $3 was credited to my account within an hour.

    I also received a $2 4th of July bonus. Woohoo!

  Hi guys! Okay, so I had the same problem as everyone else. Couldn’t get second barcode to scan and even entered it and still couldn’t get it. So I emailed CS still haven’t heard back from them. So I was reading through all these onlinements and decided, what the heck I’ll go try again…. and it worked!!! So those of you who still waiting, should just go ahead and try again! Hope it works for all if you!

    So glad I remember to check on this post at bedtime. Same issue like everyone else, but as suggested here, I went back to ibotta and redid the whole thing, scanned the qrc, and still asked me to scan the barcode on each bottle. I was thinking “here we go again, never-ending scanning that would not work.” But IT WORKED 🙂 Thank you, everyone!

  Hi Colleen, I still have the PayPal option for payout. It’s strange that yours was removed. Mine is at the very top, right under the “available for withdrawal” banner where it says “cash options” then below that I have “featured gift cards”. Hope it onlinees back for you.
