  In my experience you cannot use a % coupon on sale and promotion items and since they are buy one get one 50% off they are both part of the sale item even if the first package is full price.

  I like to pay .10 cents or less for each diaper. That’s my stock up price, hope that helps

  I always buy them at CVS and roll my ECB every time. Like this week I already have $10 ECB from last time to use, so I’ll only pay $12 + tax and then get back $10 ECB to use. Or like this week at Target they have the spend $75 get a $15 gift card for a baby department purchase, that’s when I stock up on diapers too if necessary.

  For these size packs- I get when they are $3.50 or less. Also for shower gifts I always size up. Everyone buys for a newborn and they outgrow so quickly. I would get size 2 or 3. They are in those sizes much longer than 1s.
