   I purchased this deal the previous time it was posted. I love my Fitbit! Fellow hip2savers were very helpful in helping me decide and so far it has been well worth it.

   I don’t have the Charge HR, but I do have the Alta and I have to say I’m very disappointed. It has been consistently tracking less and less steps. I walk a 3mi loop on my lunch everyday and today it has only logged 1.7mi for the entire day! I’ve contacted support and they weren’t too helpful. Looking to switch to another brand. I’ve heard Polar is pretty good so I might consider them.

  I contact customer service thru chat last week. I bought a new Flex (not the new Flex 2). I really wanted it for sleep tracking. After about 25 days it quit logging sleep. I even tried putting it in sleep mode manually. I checked online and did a reset with no help. So i contacted chat to see if there was a hard reset they could do. They said no but we will send u a new one. No charge to me. I didnt have to provide them with anything but my account so they could see my sleep logs. Maybe you should try a reset and then contact chat. Maybe u will get a friendly rep.

   I bought the Charge 2 HR from ebay a couple of weeks ago for $104, which I thought was a great price. I love this Fitbit! I’ve paired it with my phone…I can get text message and see who’s calling me without having to check my phone. I also use it to track when I walk and when I ride my bike. I’ve onlinepared it with another app on my phone and it’s pretty accurate. I also check it against the app my husband uses and the GPS is accurate. I’ve been onlinepletely happy with it so far.
