ALL of these are so cute! What great deals too. Luckily, my mom and I agreed long ago that I can just buy her a tomato plant for her garden each year. The gardening basket would be super fun to go with it…

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

      Fresh tomatoes…YUM!

  2. Debra B.

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

      Thanks! 🙂

Suggestion for the “tired feet” basket: Swap the cotton balls for Epsom salt and have a foot soak!

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

      Great idea! 🙂

@Holly….Rules are meant to be broken! Especially when your Mom is getting up in age! Time to spoil her while you still can!! 🙂

    • Elizabeth

I totally agree! My mom passed away 7 years ago, I was only 24. I wish I had spoiled her more. Mother’s day is a sad day because I miss my mom, but also a happy day now because I am mom. Bittersweet.

I bought the travel mug from basket #10. It is well insulated. I keep my coffee in it and sip on it through the day. I just pop it into the microwave and warm it up if it needs it. You can fully close it and it does not leak or dribble. I went back and bought extras because I liked it so much!

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

Oh awesome – glad to hear that! 🙂

    • Emily

Good to know, I’m going to stop and get one for myself. Thx

  8. Bev

These are awesome. Im going to make a few. My only suggestion is maybe using some clear or colored plastic wrap. That way you can make sure everything stays in the baskets.

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

      Yes, great suggestion Bev!

    • Shannon

You can buy clear basket wrap at dollar tree!

I was just at Target and their Easter baskets were 70% off and many of them were not “Eastery” and could be used as gift baskets instead. Lots of really cute ones that could be great for Mother’s Day, and I found a few packages of clear gift basket wrap for 75 cents

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

      Wow – thanks for sharing!

  10. fala la

Quiet metime latte feet are my favorite ☕📦

  11. Dee

Love the gardening one! Totally doing that for my mom from the kids. Gardening is her happy place, so that will definitely put a smile on her face.

i bought a 6″ circle box, some floral foam, 2 fake flower bouquets, and a small butterfly. The foam fit perfectly in the box, i cut and arranged the fake flowers, and added the butterfly in with the flowers. it turned out spectacular especially considering it was only $5!

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

      NICE job!! 👌🏻

  13. Tyna

    Absolutely Love this!!!!!!!!

  14. Rebecca

These are adorable. Wish I was close enough to hand my mom a gift, instead of mailing something!

    • Nicole

      Me too! ☹️

  15. Karen

End of school year onlineing up!!! My son is in special education classroom with aides and the best teacher in the world, so I definitely go over $5 per gift!! But these gave me ideas! And a great way to start or to ‘fill out’ a gift basket!!!

  16. Evan

I was going to suggest also using these for Teacher Appreciation Week as well as Admin Professionals Day & Nurses Week! You just update the tag & give to your favs! These are too cute! If you have $.99 only in your area check their too!!

Awesome ideas. In addition to a huge assortment of greeting cards, they also do helium balloons for every occasion. They usually have a large assortment for whatever day it is, like Valentine’s or Mother’s day but they will also inflate birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc. And don’t forget the little plastic weights they have so your balloons don’t drift away.

    • Elle

The dollar tree balloons last forever! We had bought some for my son’s birthday in January that were still floating in March!

  18. Jennifer B,

Our Dollar Tree stores also carry cards that are 50 cents each. Even better! Love these ideas, and as others have onlinemented, not just for moms!

  19. sherry lewis

    Mary,
Are the paisley print (placemats) ? under some of the baskets, available at Dollar Tree?

    • Daune

Yes, they are. I brought a couple of them 2 weeks ago. They are so pretty ,there are plates with the same pattern..

  20. Bernadette

Long before there was a dollar tree I made my mom a gift basket every year. I bought her little fancy soaps and bath scents. I turned wash cloths in flowers and put them all in a basket. Years later I saw similar baskets already made up. My mom didn’t want junk and being a child at the time I didn’t have money for expensive gifts. Consumables are great for people who have all they want, because you always need more.

    • Holly (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Aww, that was such a sweet gift for your mom!

  21. Cammesha R Sims

Could you please put the templates or email me the tags. I am a middle school teacher
