They will adjust the price within 14 days of purchase. Just take them back with the receipt and let them know about the price change.

I think there is a ship-to-store fee of $4 for orders under $25. If you are just picking up in store (already on hand) there is no fee.

I was going to order online and do a store pick up and it told me online that certain ones weren’t available in the store, well I just ended up going to the store anyway and they had the ones I was going to order online in the store and not just one but multiples.

Talked to the store manager and he said they ran out yesterday but they got a new shipment today and it’s selling like hotcakes… they r expecting more to onlinee tomm too. Going to store tomm.

I bought a few online yesterday, along with some clearance Disney shirts. But most of the TsumTsums I wanted said they were not available in store, so I ordered and had it shipped to the store. Today I decided just for kicks to try the actual store–and they had TONS. So many different ones! Marvel, Star Wars, every Disney movie imaginable. I bought *44*!!! I don’t know why they were showing as unavailable in store, but if anyone else is having that issue, go to the actual store if you can!

My store had a bunch…. however, they were all over the place. Some were in the kids dept on the tsum tsum shelf, some were mixed in with other stuffed animals, and the most of them were by the register on the other side of the store. Luckily I happened to park by lingerie or I wouldn’t have seen them.
