  No light is needed but this product ruined my nails, causing them to peel & chip.

   No light. There’s a special top coat you buy separate to make it last longer. I use the colors solo all the time top though works great for me either way. Love Sally Hansen colors!

   Try wet’n’wild’s wonder gel! Also, no light needed, cheaper, and dries so fast you don’t mind changing it every few days…I’m rough on nails though so some of you gentler women would probably get several days out of it!
