  The same thing happened to me when I had 4 totes in my cart.
  I changed the quantity to 1 and the price dropped to $4.
  Maybe the limit is for 1 tote.

   I was able to access it logged in under my Staples app. and was able to purchase 3 for $12, free pick up. It gave me issues when
   I tried to access it through the link on here.

   I had to place 3 order of 5 bins each for I stare pick up. Wouldn’t let me get more than 5 for that price. But got it once I placed the orders separate from my iPhone. Hope that helps
