Has anyone tried this? I’m worried the cashier won’t take my coupon because it’s over the price of the item.

    • Gina

As long as you have other items to cover the difference they will accept it and the extra savings apply to your other items.

    • julie

Target auto-adjusts their coupon to the price of the item, so no other item is needed. No penny overage when I bought $.99 BIC whiteout with a $1 coupon.

  4. Reeve

With getting the item for free would it be onlinepletely free or would u still have to pay sales tax because I tried this and used correct limits and all but still owes 27 cents is this correct or should it have been onlinepletely free

    • Becks

At the bottom of the coupon it states: Consumers must pay sales tax.
It may vary from state to state…

        Thank you
