   Lots of things marked down. Found me strappy sandals and tan colored pumps at 6.99 each. There were smaller sizes at 2.99.

   Not sure if this is true, so don’t let this hold much weight. I was at kmart yesterday and the manager told me very soon all kmart and sears stores will be closing. That is why they have such low prices in the store. Like 60-70% off. I will be sad if this is true as I get so many bargains with swy.

  Closing one near my mom in Pittsburgh. It’s in a great area, right next to a mall. I was surprised at that closing.

  I was hesitant to shop in our Kmart because it’s not in a very good area but I have to say they have really good customer service and I’ve never had any problems with any of my orders (and I’ve ordered a lot)

  We haven’t had mark down for a long time.
  I like 60-70% off blowout sale instead of clearance.
  We don’t have to put pink tickets, and our customers can use coupons and surprise points on sale items.

    Infant and toddler leggings 2.39 (regular 5.99). Covered with syw points and free store pick up so only paid 18 cents tax for 3 pair!

    Gosh I hope this isn’t true. We have a Sears and a Kmart right nearby and I always get the best deals at both. They’re 2 of the few remaining big department stores from years past where quality and brand names meant something. If JC Penny was able to turn things around I hope Sears can take a page from their book and do the same.

    It’s the Kmarts that are closing. Maybe some Sears too but mostly Kmart.
    I can understand why they went out of business – the shopping experience was always horrible. Crowded disorganized stores always out of sale items, long check out lines with poorly trained cashiers. They spent a lot of money in order to get stars to endorse their products.

    Well, I don’t have any Kmart stores near me so I either travel a big distance or go back to my hometown of Key West, Florida. They have three larger stores in town to shop at – Sears, Kmart or Ross, so I know that Kmart and Sears will probably not be closing there…they seem to be busy ALWAYS in Key West! At least most Sears around me in Ft Lauderdale are remaining open, thank goodness! I love SYW and do many promotions offering 100% points back!
