Scan the product with the scanner found in the Cartwheel app. If it is included, the offer will pop up saying there is a discount for it.

The only exclusion it has is clearance so it should be everything else Barbie related.

If you go to target.online and look up the item it will show whether the 40% offer is available for the item. It does not appear to be valid on larger playsets and vehicles.

You can search on the Target app and it will say cartwheel on it if it is included

In store on clearance, I found Barbies for $2.98!!! They were in the toy section but not near other Barbies. They were on a random shelf with many other toys marked down 70%! Be on the lookout!

I plan to buy some barbie outfits for our ELF on the shelf. Much cheaper than the soccer outfits or ones branded specially for the Elf. Barbie clothes work just fine.
