   Save the package and receipt. Kohl’s is great about returns if you are unhappy with it.
   I bought two of the ones with designs on it for my mom and sister. They love them. I’m not sure if it’s the same brand.

   I got my parents one for Christmas and they absolutely love it! They fight over who gets to use it so with this price got them another one and had a reward coupon too! Only $18.00 shipped for me!

   I’ve bought 2 of this brand and they’ve both stopped working within a month and the onlinepany is a nightmare. Their website never works to put in your warranty and you have to pay to mail the defect back to them

  Kohl’s has a 1 year return policy. I had the same issue with twinkle toe shoes. They shipped me another and a label to ship back the old oneS. They’re awesome!

   I have this throw and love it. Bought on Thanksgiving day. This is less than I paid then ($23 I think after a reward) so this is a great price.

    I just tried to use the promo codes with my Kohls card and it said they weren’t available with that payment type. The only one it let me use was the sleepwalking one.

  I sometimes have this problem when shopping online. I would suggest that you try signing into your Kohl’s account again and see if that helps.

  Some promo codes don’t work until you go to the payment page and choose the Kohls charge. Then try applying the promo code.

    I actually use a heating pad (size xxl, by sunbeam from Costco) which is awesome under the covers in winter!
    It has great reviews, reputable onlinepany, and a 2 hour automatic shut off.love it!
