   If you wait til the wk of 1/22, the ad shows you’ll get a $1 RR wyb Olay Body Wash select 18 or 23.6 oz $4.99. Downside is you’ll only get 1 RR even though you’re buying 3 bottles to use the coupon.

   My store had some, but the coupon didn’t onlinee off. I showed the cashier I clipped it so they just manually adjusted the price.

  But, did you buy the right items? It was only for the Quench, Apple/Pear, Lime, and Sensitive the 23.6 oz. If you got other scents the coupon might not have onlinee off even if you bought 2 scents right and 1 wrong, You had to get all the 3 scents right. Anywho, if you bought the right products and the coupon still didnt onlinee off, what you can do is call the Balance Rewards number and talk to a representative, and they will look your account and your receipt, If they see online that you bought the right products and you clip the coupon and it didnt onlinee out they will give you points.So since the coupon value was $9 off 3, They will award you 9,000 points which is equal to $9.00 in your account, that you can use it to redemmed on your next purchase. I hope this helps. It happens to everybody it has happen to me I will buy the right product clipped coupons to my account, And the coupon still doesnt onlinee off, So I will have to call the Balance Rewards. They need to fix their system they always have glitches. I hope this helps. If they dont give you points you can always return the items and get your money back. P.S. DONT UNCLIPPED COUPONS, BECAUSE ONCE YOU HAVE CLIPPED COUPONS AND IF YOU DONT WANT IT, DONT UNCLIPPED IT WONT LET YOU CLIP IT BACK OR IT WONT SHOW BACK AGAIN IN YOUR ACCOUNT. ☺🛍🛍

    Thank you Collin. I screen shot your instructions and got 3 of the pear/apple for $4.99 each. The coupon came off with no problem. Please make sure you get the ones she mentioned or it may not work.

    So when I went online to the Walgreens site and I clipped the coupon for the olay $9/3 it only took off $4.99 from my total for the 3 bottles that I attempted to purchase. It didn’t take the full $9 off to make It &1.99 each. What am I doing wrong?
