   I was just at a Party City in Michigan and while they had a ton of Christmas stuff out, nothing was marked down 🙁 Any idea if all stores markdown or just select ones?

   my party city in carmel, indiana has there items marked down as this morning 75% off when I spoke to the manager they said they never inform them in advance and this year they decided to mark down clearance.
