I joined Sam’s club a couple days ago I went up got my membership card and the free pizza but couldn’t find the cookies and I didn’t receive my $25 gift card , she said it onlinees in the mail but it states in this article that you should receive it the same day you get your membership card.

I went into the store last weekend to sign up. She said since there isn’t a Groupon code for her to type in I had to do it online, which of course was just through the Sam’s website, not a purchase through Groupon. So I stood there and did it. She printed my membership card. I asked her about the gift card and free products. She said they would onlinee through email. It’s been 5 days and I have only received the gift card through email. The free products are not showing up in my Instant Savings either. I called customer service and she didn’t have a clue. Went to get her supervisor, I sat on hold over 10 min, and then either the call dropped or they hung up on me. The $25 gift card is a plus, but the free products on top of it made it a better deal. Not sure what to try next since my local customer service desk didn’t want to deal with it and neither did corporate customer service.

I’ve never been able to get the free products. They never know what I’m talking about and it never loads to my card.

I got the 25 dollar gift card via email shortly after signing up, but I also didn’t get the free cookies or the free pizza. It was never loaded to my card, or emailed to me, and when I asked about it they acted like I was crazy.

Just curious, If I still have the email from when I signed up for this offer, can I still use it?
