   Kind of off topic, but Amazon related… I called asking about a Prime order that didn’t arrive in 2 days and they told me that the 2 days doesn’t mean that it will arrive to you in 2 days, just that it will arrive to you 2 days quicker that it would arrive to someone that doesn’t have Prime. Not how I understand it to mean from reading their description online. So to anyone not getting their Prime orders in 2 days, that is their new explanation.

  That is not what prime means. I would call back. It sounds like that CS agent is pulling excuses out of the air.

  Oh absolutely not! I hope you did not let them get away with that answer. It clearly states it on their page. Call back and speak to someone else as they have always had incredible customer service…unless of course your item didn’t qualify for prime (even if you are a prime member) because then there isn’t much they can do about it

  No way. It even gives you a date at checkout. My mom calls every single time her package doesn’t onlinee as promised and they credit her account a few bucks. I’d call back. Thanks for letting us know that a rep might try this.
