   Is there someplace that explains the Kohls return policy when Kohls Cash was used? I bought the Fitbit earlier this week but its cheaper now…. I had a lot of Kohls cash used on it and hate to lose that.

  They will give you kohls cash that’s good for 30 days to replace the kohls cash you used on that purchase

  I thought if you returned something and had already spent Kohls cash they would take that off your return price….say you paid $100 but warned $30 kohls cash your refund would only be $70-since you spent kohls cash earned on purchase.

  I just made a return to kohls yesterday in Nicholasville KY that I had earned kohls cash on and had used and they deducted the amount from my refund 😟

   There are 2 things people are talking here. 2 different scenarios.

   You buy $100 worth of stuff and EARN $20 KC.

   1. You spend the $20 KC. Now if u return $100 items, you will get only $80($100- $20 KC u already used)

   2. You keep the stuff you bought for $100, but return the item you got using the $20 KC.
   You will get new $20 KC that you have a month to spend.
