Wondering how many bags I should stock up on? How many do you usually go through?

    • Katie

Depends on so many things. Have you breastfed before? What’s your output? Are you planning to pump while working? How much is this new baby going to eat (lmao!)? I would grab one pack. It’ll be a while before you figure out your needs/wants.

      • Kat

Agree with previous poster. Don’t buy too many til you figure out what you like.

I use about 4-5/week. I freeze fridays stash (baby eats 4x at daycare) and then sometime I freeze extra from the weekend. I typically only pump what baby eats plus a little extra sometimes. The amount you freeze will depend on how much you’re able to pump, how much baby eats, etc.

Everyone’s breastfeeding journey is different. I have been exclusively pumping for 5.5 months. I make just a little more than he eats so I use 1-2 bags a day.

I’m due in a few months but I plan to pump and go back to work. Bought the 100 pack and was wondering if I should also get the 50. I guess it depends!

        • Alyssa

I use 3-4 bags a day when I’m working (8 hours), so I go through lots of these!

Everybody is WAY different. I’ve been exclusively pumping with my second kid for over 3 months now. All my bags have 4 oz – that’s easier for me to use later and to know how much milk I have frozen if they are all consistent. I have already used 550+ bags. After 2 weeks I was pumping 48-52 ounces a day when the most my baby has ever ate is 24. Now it’s backed off a little, but I still use 4-5 bags per day.

    I don’t see the 30% off coupon.
