Best Buy Rewards Members: Check Email for Possible Mystery Reward Valued at $5-$5,000

Yay! If you’re a Best Buy Reward Zone program member, be sure to check your Inbox for a possible email containing a special “Mystery” Rewards Certificate. You’ll want to look for an email titled “Up to $5,000 in Mystery Rewards could be in this e-mail” from [email protected]. If you also received this email, be sure to print the certificate inside the email as it contains a Mystery Reward valued at anywhere from $5 to $5,000!

Just bring the Mystery Rewards certificate to your nearest Best Buy store by 11/5/16 and ask a store associate to scan it to reveal the value. If the value of the certificate is $5 to $500, you may redeem it immediately through 11/5/16 at participating Best Buy stores (not valid online).

If it’s worth 250,000 Reward Zone points ( = $5,000 in Reward Zone certificates), you’ll need to call the toll-free number printed on your receipt by 11/11/16.

Redeem your certificate in a single transaction with a total purchase price equal to or greater than the value of the certificate.

You can check it online! 🙂 Add an item to your cart and check out as guest and enter the coupon under the best buy certificate option it will ask for your member id and certificate # that is on the right hand side of your mystery reward printout .

It says on the email that these are not transferable and may only be used by the member they are issued to. It has the member ID and member name on the certificate so that’s how they will know who it belongs to. I checked because my sister and I both got $ 5 and she doesn’t need anything so she was going to give it to me (rats…LOL)!

Are you sure yours doesn’t have a “3” to the right of the bar code, making the last 4 numbers “5003?” That’s what mine has, and I assume it’s $5.

You have to have set up an online account with your membership #. We’ve been a rewards member for forever but only used it at holidays so I didn’t have an online account where I attached my email (I’d just plug in our number at checkout) the other night on a fluke I created an online acct to track my orders easier. If you have an online acct you should of received one.

Using your code online/determining reward amount online

1. Log out of your Best Buy account.
2. Add random (to check certificate amount) or intended (to actually purchase) item to cart.
3. Click Checkout.
4. Click Continue as Guest.
4. Fill in all your information (or just enough to get to the next page).
5. Drop down the My Best Buy Reward Certificates box.
6. From your reward e-mail, print to PDF. Copy the Member ID and Certificate # into the appropriate fields.
7a. Click Apply.

Two $5 ones for me. I get my dads as well since my credit card is linked to it. Taking my onlineputer in tomorrow will pick a dvd for myself. Then when I go back to pick it up, I will apply the other $5 to my bill. My Best Buy is about 2 miles at most away from me. Yay!
