   I logged on to my account the other day and all my points were gone and i had over 400! Its only been maybe 2 months since i logged in, what gives?

  You have to keep active. They send you an email to remind you to log in. I stopped logging points. I just keep my codes for trades or give them away now. I can’t keep up with it

  Email customer service. They will give them back to you immediately. It happened to me.

  I WASNT ON FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND I HAD OVER 2,000 POINTS.. I CALLED AND THEY PUT THEM RIGHT BACK ON TO MY ACCOUNT..IF YOU GET A CHANCE CALL..THEY WERE NICE..

   You can call when you loose your points?
   I Lost over 4,000 points in February. Now I only have 103. I wish I would of known. I was saving for a good gift card. Took me about 3 years of saving points.

   I got the 2x bonus points PowerAde [e-mail] deal on 9/19 but not the 3x Diet Coke deal (yet?). Did anyone receive the 3x bonus pt Diet Coke deal in their e-mail? Was it separate e-mail from the 2x PowerAde deal or tied into the same e-mail?

   FYI it’s not for “select” members! It’s advertised on the home page before logging in so it cannot be a deal only for select members. Hurrah, bonus points for all!!!
