Last year all passes were gone in one second-no exaggeration. Lots of unhappy people! Be prepared to be disappointed.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Bummer! Hopefully they won’t sell out so fast this year!

  2. Just Me

I think last time you could get it to go.

  3. Kamaya

I predict all 21,000 passes will be gone with 30 seconds 😄

  4. Cheryl

Yes, they have changed a few rules. I now see they are offering 21,000 (instead of the 2000 offered last year). Husband laughed and said so they’ll be gone in two seconds. You could get it to go last year because I had calculated getting them to go and taking to a local shelter. I believe last year there was a charge if you wanted to add chicken, etc to the pasta meal and this year it looks like it is included. I guess it’s still a pretty good deal if you can get one this time around.

THATS A WHOLE LOT OF PASTA AND A WHOLE BIGGER WAISTLINE PEOPLE!!! YUK!!!! Hahahahaha!!!
I’ll have to pass on this deal, but good luck to those who love to mangia!!!😜

    • A

I agree! I can make A LOT of pasta at home a lot healthier for $100!

    • innavation

      Agreed! Thanks but no thanks.

  6. Kristen

Anyone know how much to add on the salad and breadsticks?

    • ashley

It onlinees with soup or salad and breadsticks

  7. Laura

Yuck! Too much pasta for me! Definitely passing on this deal! Good luck to those who are wanting it!

  8. jamie

I think ill pass on this one again this year. Love me some good pasta, but my budget cant afford buying new clothes to aconlinemodate my growing booty with all of that pasta! 😉

  9. Jess

On nights like tonight when I don’t want to cook, this would be awesome.

I would purchase if this was offered for carryout. My Olive Garden is always pretty busy and the wait plus tip wouldn’t justify the savings.

  10. Kelly

Does anyone know how long the buy one take one home offer is going on at Olive Garden?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi Kelly! It only lists for a limited time. Hope that helps!

    • irene

The manager that sold me a OG gift card said its through mid September.

    • april

They usually stop it when the next deal starts so really soon. If this starts in a few weeks

My husband and I have fond memories of using our pasta passes.
But, since they have taken away the take out option, it does not seem like such a good deal.
We do not live really close to Olive Garden. So, although we would dine-in with pass occasionally, the takeout option was more practical (between our different work onlinemutes).
Also, I don’t like to stuff myself. The takeout option allowed me to graze on the salads and reheat soups/pasta throughout the day in reasonable portions.
Oh well! It was fun while it lasted!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks so much for sharing your experience!

    • bwrnadett

I can walk to mine. 2 years ago I got 2 planning to score again.

  12. april

I worked at olive garden last year and there were at least 5 people that had the pass.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awesome!

  13. Nancy

Dine in only ? Last year I could swear you could get it to go

  14. Rachel

How do you get the og unlimited pasta pass?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You can grab it starting Sept. 15 at 2pm EST from Olive Garden, through the link above 😉

  15. Katie

Man I wish you could still carry-out. Last year my husband bought one and got two meals togo everyday, six days a week. We ate it for dinner each night. The next morning I would have salad for breakfast. My kids would take it for lunch. We totally loved it! Everyone kept telling us we would get sick of it, but when it was over we had to keep buying the salad dressing because we were all addicted!

I am not sure if we will buy the pass this year because of the dine-in rule but maybe…

  16. Brey

Check eBay after the passes are sold out. It’s crazy that people actually resale it for $300!

    • miniminhmo

Jesus H. Christ, that’s just absolutely insane.

  17. Fish

I would buy it for sure if it had take out but not just dine in only.

    • miniminhmo

Yeah, same here. Not being able to grab something for To-Go is a little dishearting.
