Unfortunately the issue regarding the website crashing during pin code entry on June 25/26th was a known issue. This has been brought to our attention and we’re currently working a resolution for those who were unable to successfully enter pin codes on these days.
Once as solution has been decided upon we will be informing you through this ticket as well as an email from Huggies!

Hi,
Was trying to put in my codes for the huggies rewards program on June 26, 2016 but website was either too slow or down. I tried at different times but was not successful at all. I need to know how I can go by and get credit for the codes I was trying to enter on the last day.
