Thanks for this post. It will make a great gift for my 2yr. old nephew!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welonlinee Tasha!

  2. Julie

Anyone have this? Would it be good for a 3.5 year old or would they be past it?

    • Samantha

It grows with them. So I would think a 3.5 year old would like it.

    • Heather

My 3.5 and 5.5 year olds still play with it, but it’s on the smaller side. Size wise it looks like it’s for an 18 month to 2.5 year old to me, but like I said my older kids still enjoy playing with it! They had one of these in my daughter’s preschool classroom as well so I think it’d be ok for a 3.5 year old as long as you’re prepared for it being a little small.

  3. Samantha

Thanks! My 2 year old will love this!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Glad you can score the deal Samantha! You’re so welonlinee!

  4. Mia

Also curious about age…..reviews say this is tiny and good for one year old? Unsure if my tall 2.5 twins would use easily?

    • Faith

My 19 month old son got it for his first birthday since he LOVES to cook! (Seriously.) You can assemble it with the cooktop on the cabinet part horizontal (in the picture above) or with the cabinet vertical so it’s a little taller. Either way for $20 it’s a no-brainer, my kid plays with it every single day. I’d look for another set of food to play with it though as it doesn’t onlinee with much.

  5. Gina

Sweet thanks! Got it a used one for 16.39! Love it!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Oh awesome! You’re welonlinee Gina!

  6. Esther

We actually just purchased this a couple weeks ago for our 2 & 4 year old and they love it (especially 4 yr old boy). The shorter setting would be perfect for crawlers or littles that pull themselves up. We have it set up the taller way and I would think that it would be good until whatever age your littles would stop playing pretend, really. It’s about an inch shorter than our play kitchen.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for such awesome feedback Esther!

  7. Lanae

Thanks! Daughter’s first birthday is July and this will be an awesome gift!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

  9. Melissa

    4yo daughter still loves it

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So glad to hear that Melissa!

  10. Dp

    Price at $27.93 now.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Darn!

  11. Tiffany

I don’t see it for that price, only $27.

  12. Amanda

Amazon has it for $19.99 with free Prime shipping once available. It says that it needs additional processing time but no shipping cost at least. My confirmation say arriving on Monday the 18th so really not much of a delay at all.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the heads up Amanda! Just updated!

My 2 year old is about as uninterested as can be in this. And the plastic kid is warped so it doesn’t stay on well. We basically use the bottom area for train track storage. I think if I would have gotten it for him around 1 he’d have been more inclined to play with it.
