Process your order and the estimated tax will go away. I chatted with customer service to figure this out. And when I onlinepleted my order, the tax went away.

I had the same problem with being charged tax on a gift card. Possibly it is a glitch in their system.

My order total showed tax, but after onlinepleting my order I checked my bank charge and there was no tax charged.

Thanks Collin! I ordered a HP Office Jet Pro 8610 printer on sale for $99 (regularly $199) and to get over $100 I added a box of paperclips. I used the Visa Checkout to save $25 WYB $100. A great deal!!!
