In case anyone else has this problem… On Friday I purchased the quesadilla grill basket for $4.98, got the free shipping, and paid $5 and change after tax. I got an e-mail from WS immediately after with just my order number. Then, 5 hours later, I received a second e-mail with details about my order, saying I purchased it at full price so my total was $21.54! Irritated, on Monday, I called WS customer service and explained the whole thing. She couldn’t help and asked a supervisor who said they “couldn’t find out what the price was on Friday”. I told the rep that someone had better figure this out because they have proof in their onlineputer system that I purchased it before it sold out, and someone can absolutely find out what the price was! My issue is not resolved yet but if there’s anyone else out there who has to deal with this – don’t give up!!!
