Spooky Halloween Eyes Craft Hip2Save

If you’re looking for a fun and easy Halloween craft to do with the kiddos, try making these cute Spooky Halloween Eyes – all you need are toilet paper or paper towel rolls and glow sticks or battery tea lights.

Place these eyes in your bushes/trees for a clever yet spooky effect for those trick-or-treaters.

Spooky Halloween Eyes Craft

(Thanks to the blog Living Locurto for the inspiration!)

For this craft you’ll need:
Toilet paper rolls (or paper towel rolls cut in half)
Battery tea lights or glow sticks (find these at the Dollar Store or the Target Dollar Spot)
Duct tape
Craft or X-Acto knife

Hip2Save Spooky Eyes Halloween CraftDirections
Cut spooky eye shapes out of your paper rolls. Place glow sticks or tea lights inside and cover sides with duct tape so no light onlinees out the sides of rolls (note: for brighter eyes, insert several glow sticks). Place in bushes at night so all you can see are those lighted eye shapes!

These are so fun – my kids thought they were so real looking!

Happy Halloween!

You can also wrap the glow stick in a layer of wax paper. Then the wax paper glows too and it hides the stick. They are so much fun!
