  great question, Target gives me grief whenever I try to use a BOGO coupon
  plus $1.00 off coupon, is that a no-no at every store?

  Target coupon rules are, if you use a MQ BOGO, you can use one Target $ off Q, if you use a TQ BOGO, you can use one $ off MQ.

  No, because both are manufacturer coupons. Most stores will not do it because manufacturers don’t want us onlinebining both. Some people call it a gray area, but in my opinion, it’s pretty clear that’s it’s using coupons in a way that was not intended. Anyways, that’s why Collin no longer posts such scenarios.

   I keep buying Wheat Thins from time to time, trying the new flavors, etc., but I’m always disappointed. I think it’s because I used to LOVE them as a kid (back in the ’70’s) and I’m convinced that they changed the formula many, many years ago. Now, they just taste weird. Anybody else remember Wheat Thins tasting better back in the ’70’s?
