   OT, cvs question:
   I tried using $5 ecb from the beauty rewards on the diaper deal but was told that i can only use it on beauty items. is this true? TIA

  No they are VERY WRONG!!! Ask to speak to a manager and make the cashier read the fine print. Its a REWARD for spending over $50 in beauty products! ECB you spend on whatever you like or need!

  I always thought these were just like normal ECBs and could be used on anything in the store that regular ECBs were valid on. I can’t find anything on the CVS website that says you can only use beauty club ECBs on beauty items.

   I’ve seen only good reviews for this online. However, I gave into temptation and bought it at Target (without a coupon!) and was not pleased. I found it to be very sugary and kind of chalky. It didn’t have even a hint of tartness, or pink lemonade taste.

  Try the adding Crystal light Pink Lemonade to it and to the icing. It has a nice tart

   I used a coupon and bought the pink lemonade cookie mix. It was sweet but very pretty (would be oh so cute for a girl baby shower) and tasty. I would use it again in a pinch for sure (but would rather make my own).

   I have seen the cake mix and frosting for months in the stores and they are always on sale on the racks in the middle of aisles. Makes me think they must be gross.

   My Walmart just had a whole basket full in the main isle in front of the registers. A sign said : EVERYTHING IN CART IS $0.50 I grabbed two, I thought maybe they were discontinued or expiring soon. Wish I had the coupon then. It would have been even cheaper icing. I hope it does taste good.
