  The form is not working on the walmart website. I can not scroll down when entering my info to submit the form!

  Can you use Tab instead to hop down the boxes, then once you get to submit hit your spacebar? Sometimes I have you do this on freebie sites.

  I had this problem too and clicked on a blank spot on the screen, then used the down arrow on my keyboard to scroll down.

  For me the offer was like an inch and a half box in the top left of the screen- impossible to read & submit info- couldn’t see theform

  Ditto. It gives me a button to click “Get Free Sample” after watching video and answering question, but everytime I click the button, it just pops up a window to Wal-Mart’s home page. :S

  It FINALLY came up with the form. I wasn’t able to scroll, so I used TAB after filling out my contact info. I hit ENTER to check a box & it submited before I saw any more of the form. It said it went through, so we’ll see. 😛

    not working here either..opens up after video to a walmart half page—no offer..and can’t open the page all the way?? If this stuff works—I WANT IT!!!!!!!!! LOL

    I also had same problem with the Walmart form lacking the Submit box at the bottom of the form. I went back to the Tresemme screen and changed the size of the text (lower right hand corner of my onlineputer) to 50%, then clicked on the Get Sample tab. When the Walmart form came up then, the Submit box was visible.
