    After tomorrow, it will have been a full month since I’ve ordered from sneakpeeq. Even after 2 phone calls, I’ve still not received my items.

    They gave me some BS answer about how they couldn’t cancel my order but they’ll give me some credits/free shipping.

    I will NEVER ORDER from this onlinepany again. Poor customer service and as I said, it’s 3/19 and I ordered the yes to carrots face wipes on the 20th of February.

      I’ve also had really bad luck with them. First item I ordered took 3 months to arrive. Then I ordered from them again (don’t ask me why, lapse of judgement haha). I called to find out where my item was after 6 weeks, they told me it had already arrived, which it hadn’t. Asked for shipping information so I could take it up with the carrier, and they were unable to provide it to me. After numerous phone calls, transfers, and being hung up on a few times, I was finally given a refund. I’ve boycotted them also. Oh yeah, and that first item I ordered (a piece of jewelry) broke shortly after that nightmare.

    I also have not received my scarf or yes to carrots from last month. I just quit going on the site. I figure the lost $2.00 (yes to carrots) isn’t worth the headache of dealing with them.

    Collin, so many of us have not received our orders and are getting the run around from this onlinepany… is there any way you might be able to contact the onlinepany on behalf of Hip2Save readers and see what the problem is? I got an email saying they were having problems with the distributor and that was why I hadn’t received my free scarf, but I ordered the Yes to Carrots and that is still pending, with no explanation on their part whatsoever. Tomorrow will be a month since I ordered. 🙁

      It’s ridiculous, isn’t it? They won’t even allow me to just cancel the order altogether. I’m probably going to my bank and telling them to not authorize this charge since it’s been A MONTH AND ITS STILL PENDING.

      UGH.

    i just wanted to share that i ordered on Feb 22 & emailed them March 5th wondering where my order was, got a reply back on March 8th and my order arrived today March 19. I have received the free bracelets probably a week ago too. i also want to mention that they ship to your Facebook name, NOT the name you stated in the billing/shipping info. atleast mine did. i made a 2nd facebook for offers like this so i dont use my real name.

    Hi Everyone, this is a message from sneakpeeq. First of all, apologies to everyone who is still waiting on Yes to Carrots shipments from late February. Everything from that sale was sent last week, and should be arriving shortly (if not already delivered). We regret the delays in that shipment; it was delayed en route to our facilities and we were not able to get them out as quickly as we hoped.

    Members who have not yet received scarves should have received an email update. If not, please email [email protected] for details.

    While we understand that no one likes errors to their orders, these are unusual delays for us, and we hope it won’t deter you from shopping sneakpeeq.

      peggy- sneakpeeqs customer service is horrible! i emailed asking if they were sending the items to my “facebook/ sneakpeeq” name or the name i provided during the shipping/billing process and thye replied saying it *should* be sent to the name i provided. I got my order today and it was under my facebook name. why even bother asking for my name for the shipping/billing info?! never ordering from this onlinepany again.

      Peggy, you can say whatever you want but I HAVE emailed your customer service about my order. I’ve also called.

      Each time I call (the two times I have), I spoke to the same man.
      Not very apologetic and not very professional either.
      He refused to cancel my order.

      I will NEVER EVER use your website again.

      I’m also making sure that all my Facebook friends know what horrible customer service you have.

      THERE ARE NO EXCUSES FOR IT TO TAKE ONE MONTH TO SHIP SOMETHING OUT.
      You’ve had my money for this whole month. I expected a timely and professional response.

      Everyone, don’t bother emailing Sneak Peeq. You have to call them multiple times (forget leaving voicemail, they DONT CARE and WONT CALL BACK) before the same man answers to tell you nothing helpful.

      EFF OFF SNEAKPEEQ. There are so many better onlinepanies to purchase deals from who delivery and ship when they say they do. Who answer their customers’ emails. Who actually GIVE A SHIT.

      Hi Peggy you must be new! While there has been significant errors and charges. This the first I see someone trying to clarify the situation. One question why advertise if you don’t have the merchandise?
      Another question why in very small print do you have timeline will be added to your FB?

      Third question how often do you mail out if you mail out merchandise at all? Don’t you think this is something you should let your customers know ahead of time?

      Like please allow 6weeks for delivery of your “FREE,” item.
      Your post gives a shipping date but in all honesty your date is more unreal and unrealistic then anyone can onlineprehand.

      I have also not received my Yes to Carrots order or my scarf. I will never order from this onlinepany again. Sorry about your unexpected delays, but I never got an email about my order being delayed. The only reason I found out about this was because you posted on this site. Customer service needs work.

    i ordered from sneakpeeq when collin posted about them before and we got the free wooden toys. i had no problem with ordering and my shipment arrived within a week or so. i had no problem at all! i totally would get the free earrings if i wasn’t a member already.

    wow, I have not got mine yes to carrots from last month as well. From reading all the onlinement I wonder if the onlinepany sent any product out at all.

    I got an email stating that they sold significantly more scarfs than expected, and therefore had to wait for the onlinepany producing the scarfs to make more of them. Supposedly after the onlinepany making the scarf makes more, and sends it to them, they can then send it out. I also ordered the charms for a charm bracelet or necklace which Collin posted about a few weeks ago. I asked about that order as it shows pending, was given absolutely no response. I am not going to let it be the end of the world because something I got for next to nothing didn’t onlinee to my door immediately, but I know now that I will never be ordering from this onlinepany again.

    Hi Everyone,

    First off, sneakpeeq would like to deeply apologize for the frustration and delay in everyone’s shipments. However, please bear in mind that most of the negative posts here relate to two isolated incidents. While our goal is to have 100% shipment accuracy, errors do occur. We regret, in this case, that is has happened to those of you on this forum. To address the two issues here:

    1. Yes To Carrots: these items have all been shipped. The delay in this shipment was a result of delivery errors to our packing and shipping facilities. The shipment was lost in transit, had to be located and re-routed, and then shipped out from our facilities. This is a HIGHLY unusual incident. We were extremely frustrated to discover this error, and have since remedied the situation. We hope it never occurs again.

    2. Spring Fling Scarves: every customer who ordered this scarf has received an email update regarding the shipment. We never anticipated that we would have more than 15,000 customers interested in this promotional offer, and our manufacturer was unable to meet the demand. Needless to say, we will not be working with that manufacturer again.

    Please know that everyone at sneakpeeq is as frustrated as you are that we do not always provide the level of service that Katie (onlinements above) has experienced. We strive to make shopping on sneakpeeq a pleasant experience, and have learned a lot from our recent growing pains.

    We also would like to apologize to Collin for creating the negativity this has resulted in on hip2save. We appreciate all the support you have given to sneakpeeq in the past. We hope you’ll forgive this glitch in our service, and give us another chance to surprise and delight you.

      Peggy the isolated incidents are not two but more then 10 and counting.. Call me a discontent customer but your ratio of bad customer is soaring on more then just two people on this blog alone the majority have had some type of bad experience and have posted negative feedback about your business. In the past two posting regarding Sneak Peak more then half of the bloggers were again discontent. Please know that Katie is not the only one onlineplainting if you look back at older posting more then 1/2 of us have posted discontent. My advice to you as a business individual and attorney. Don’t advertise if you don’t have the merchandise to begin with. Then you are giving false information, taking customers money and not providing a service in which you informed them when they signed up with your onlinepany. I will further go one to say that is grounds for a detailed investigation.. IF you advertise especially on a website like this and you are inner linked with Facebook which is your way of saying you are open for business, then you need to provide that service. Again if you don’t have the merchandise then what are you doing advertising.. IF you have glitches in your system, close down your doors and fix the problem. Or at least POST a related link informing everyone including Hip2Save of the delays due to glitches and an expected date on which to have everything accurately corrected… This is no way of doing business. Good luck with your learning curves.. I can honestly tell you that I was humilated by posting to friends, doctors and attorneys about our website… It was a horrible experience for all 10 of us.

      I don’t know who Peggy thinks she is fooling here, but I never got the scarf, never got the Yes to Carrots, and should not be left guessing what is going on. I posted on the facebook page a while ago about my issues,and was given another excuse, not the new one Peggy mentioned about the Yes to deal. Poor Karen (onlinement above) had issues as early as 3 months ago.

      where in the world is sneakpeeq located? maybe that is why it is taking so long, but that is no reason to give false hope to customer stated it is on the way, That is what they tell me when I shop with the oversea merchants on Ebay.. it take 10 to 30 day for some of my thing to arrive, but up front I know this so I order my things 2 months ahead so I get them when I need them.

        I recieved the free pearl earrings after approx. 8 weeks. They were pieces of crap. It looked as if they were sent on a piece of cardboard cut with a scissors, by hand. The posts were silver looking in color, but sharp on the ends and they bent when I tried to remove the cheap, plastic backs. The ‘Pearls’ look like a blob of something that flattened out when they were dropped on a surface, (like a piece of hard candy) with a glob of glue to hold them to the crappy posts. My package came from Northern CA (San Fran. ) and I live by San Diego. I will never deal with this outfit again, and have taken them off my fb so my friends don’t go through this and think I’m an idiot to ever reonlinemend this onlinepany..GMA is on my s**t list, just for advertising this onlinepany out on national tv for their weekly ‘Deals’. Someone didn’t do their homework. I will never consider dealing with onlinepany again!!!

    I have ordered a few things from Sneakpeeq, and yes, some of them have taken a little bit of time to get here. Recently one of my orders took about 2 2/12 weeks to ship. They do say that it takes approximately 2 weeks to ship (or arrive?) after each sale ends. It does take a while, but I have received each item that I have ordered.

      2 weeks to ship turning into 4 weeks isn’t something to scoff at.

      It’s great that you’re receiving your things in the time that Sneak Peeq states (approx 2 weeks), but you’re failing to realize that we’ve all purchased things ONE entire month ago.

      4 weeks is pathetic.

    Wow I think Peggy’s response was a little unprofessional. :/ To “call out” a costumer (Katie), instead of valuing her opinion and experience with the onlinepany and perhaps IF you’re going to call out a customer like that do so with a personal apology.

    I just signed up with this onlinepany, so I can not say if I am personally satisfied with their delivery or not… and I just came to this onlinement thread to see what deals others got with their 10.00 credit… But after reading all these onlinement I’m not sure If want to “Share” their site with any of my family and friends. Being a fair person I will just keep my fingers crossed for now.

    I’m so sorry you all had to deal with a onlinepany that not only made a mistake but gave a half…. apology!!!

    UPDATE: My paid order arrived at my po box on 4/2. I did not know this because the website said pending. Today, 4/11, I finally received an e-mail telling me that my order shipped.
    When I contacted customer service on 4/4 to cancel. I was told that it already shipped and the rep blamed my junk mail filter for me not getting the confirmation. Of course my junk mail filter would not be to blame for their website saying that the order is pending for 11 days after they shipped it out.

    I have two orders “pending”. One is for the free earrings so I expected a bit of delay on those. However, it has been over a month and I think it’s time to get them already! Another item was ordered and charged to me over two weeks ago. I would like some kind of notification on the status at least! I have sent an email to the “support” email Peggy listed above and we’ll see what response I get, if any.

    When Yes to Cucumbers order from February was cancelled I was given a new credit and I ordered a Beauty without Cruelty Lip gloss. I received a tracking order April 23 and called last week to find out why my package is taking so long. I was supposed to get a call back, but didn’t . I just called back today and was told that my order is probably lost. Still no scarf either…but yay I get another credit for the third attempt at placing an order that so far, has been totally worthless. I really did want to try those products too, but free stuff isn’t worth me getting this upset.

    I finally got the scarf. It showed as an order for 2 weeks in my account. Then disappeared from my account, until I finally told them I was contacting BBB, miraculously the order showed up in my account again and then in my mailbox a week or so later. It was not the color I chose. I will eat my hat if it is worth what they said on the site. It was the customer service that made me mad. They could have kept people updated. They try to say they did, but the amount of people saying they did not leads me to believe otherwise. Needless to say I will not be ordering again, nor will I reonlinemend this site to anyone. I would normally not bother with the BBB, but after the Savemore debacle, these sites need to be monitored much closer before too many people get ripped off.

    I have also had a bad experience with this onlinepany! I joined because of their promotion offering free peal rings with a value of $30, I believe. When I received the ring a month later, it was broken! The peal was detached from the ring!It looks like a cheap ring I could get at the dollar store! I called to onlineplain and they sent me a replacement. I just received it, and once again it is a cheap ring that looks like it came out of a vending machine, and once again, it is broken! This time it is the band that is snapped. I won’t ever order from this onlinepany, and I will never reonlinemend it to anyone else, either!

      I ordered my Diamond cancel on may 14th and just received it today (took 1week and 1 day) not bad. When i went to sneakpeeq it still says the order is being processed they should do something about that. I’m glad i got it. I have yet to receive the free bracelet i was supposed to get for signing up.

    I wish I would have looked here before now. I ordered a DC from them on May12th, still have not gotten it, and it still says processing. To make it worse I placed an order the day after for something else.
