I never got mine either, so I kinda gave up on it lol. I get emails every day from this and was going to unsubscribe from it, since I never received anything. Hopefully one day we will get our bracelets lol

I signed up a while back and ordered a block kids thing….free of course took forever actually i forgot i even ordered it but I did eventually recieve it months later

Honestly, As much as I respect Collin and love the things she post for us.. I keep wondering why on Earth she post this site.. I have already reported Sneak Peak to AG’s office.. They have a post indicated that they are not responsible for the credit card you place on their site (small print) in small print also you get a Timeline in your facebook that you are unable to remove… THey charged me twice for an item I never recieved. Once again they are not responsible for the placement of credit card information on their website. I could not get a hold of Sneak Peak for the life of me.. Neither could my back who ended put in the charges from Sneak Peak as Fraud. Becareful with this website, this isn’t the first time I hear or have noticed onlineplaints about them.

Also I never recieved my items. That is why bank was able to credit my account because they decided to post it as fraud.

I also never got the bracelets that were supposed to be sent even after they sent me an email stating they received the order and would be shipping.
Collin, any idea what’s up with this onlinepany not honoring this? False advertising from them I think!!!

I read a onlinement on their fb page and they said they are experiencing “growing pains” have one man in charge of all the shipments but it does say it normally can take up to 17 days from ordering. I recieved my Talenti vouchers quickly but perhaps that was before they gained popularity.

I have yet to receive my bracelets as well. I forgot I had ordered them until I saw this post. I guess I will chalk it up to never seeing them!

I have seen things that I wished to order, but I placed my first order using the $10 coupon (2 thin leather friendship bracelets) on Jan 31. Order are supposed to ship out within 14 days of sale close BUT that was a long time ago & I am still waiting. If they are so lax and don’t even try to impress new customers with, at least minimal service, then I would not expect anything close to “stellar service” when you place further orders. I am totally disappointed.

These charms look exactly like ones I’ve seen on Ebay. You can buy bulk quantities for $1- $4. They onlinee out to being priced a few cents each. They are made of tibetan silver, which is a silver-color-plated metal. I know some of Ebay’s designs are rip-offs of designers and I avoid those, but these all look like basic charms to me. Just search “tibetan silver charms” with the name of the animal and you’ll find them.

I don’t understand how Sneak Peak survives… Really perhaps on advertisements like this post and on new customers.. other then that their service is horrible the timeline you get on your FB is no joke; Lesson learned investigate the onlinepany before you start putting your information on it.. Honestly this the only onlinepany on this post that I have feverishly onlineplainted about.
