Hope I don’t rain on anyone’s parade…but these are the amenity kits given out by American Airlines. I received one of these when I flew business class to Europe this summer. You can see the AA Eagle logo on the pack of earplugs in the corner. The toothbrush is definitely freebie travel quality. The Burt’s Bees products are nice though.
The pack of 2 Burt’s Bees lip balms are 5.99 at my Target so this is a good deal with the lotion too if you like Burt’s Bees products!!

When you click to go to the site, the title of the product says 2 pack at the end of the title.
I think it means you get two of the travel kits, and they each have one chapstick. But I could be wrong.
I know it’s confusing…maybe the two-pack is just referring to getting two Burt’s Bee’s products together? Not sure.
it is my guess is the 2 pack is the chapstick and the lotion as the “2 pack”
Ok, their customer service is not the greatest. I just did a “live chat” (since I had nothing better to do) with one of their customer service agents and asked her about the “2 pack” thing and whether that meant there were 2 lip balms, 2 entire travel sets, or if that just was referring to the two Burt’s Bees items as a 2 pack (one lotion and one lip balm). She said she thought it would mean you get one travel set with 2 lip balms, but she couldn’t confirm that. She said she could contact the merchandising department to answer that question, and they are supposed to email me in 24-48 hours with the answer. They couldn’t give me an answer until then! So that wasn’t much help lol

Yeah I ordered 2 and just noticed the logo, now I wish I hadn’t ordered it! It’s going to look like I just got it for free on an airplane and I’m trying to give it to someone as a gift! lol!
FYI, in case anyone else is experiencing buyer’s remorse, you can cancel your item easily online. I canceled one of my orders but I’m going to keep the other, since (like everyone has been saying) it’s still a good deal on Burts Bees Products. 🙂

not sure. when i went to paypal, on the top of my page it said, recieve $5 credit towards this purchase for adding bank account. i only had credit card info on paypal. i added bank account and was charged .99
I placed an order but after looking at the site and the items closer I canceled. I am not sure it is the kind of item I would give for Xmas but maybe good for another reason. Right now is just gift purchases for Xmas.

While I also wouldn’t give this out as a gift (just because of the airline logo- I think it looks a little cheesy), I still bought two of them cause it’s a good deal on the burt’s bees stuff alone. I’m going to keep one for myself (merry christmas to me! lol) and the other I’m going to open up and take out the Burt’s Bees lotion and chapsticks and use them for a gift basket I’m making for my sister (she loooves Burt’s Bees, and those three things alone would cost you about $9 in the store), and then my hubby can use the rest of the stuff when he travels. We travel a lot, so that travel stuff will onlinee in handy! So even if you think this deal is too tacky to give as a gift, it might be worth it just in order to use the Burt’s Bees stuff as gifts (would be cute to put those three things in a little bag for a teacher, or maybe add a couple other things too for a cheap gift)
Honestly, it looks like with each one you order for $5.99 you will get TWO of the travel pouch sets. The way it is written in the title and description makes me think that. Looks like each travel pack has ONE Burt’s Bees chapstick based on the picture and description (I was wondering why they would think you needed two chapsticks on a flight anyway lol), but I think you will get TWO of those sets for $5.99. Which is an even better deal!!

I think this onlinees with two kits, that’s what I’m bettting on. My husband and daughter are going to Honduras in February on a mission’s trip and this is great for the plan and the long layovers.
I think so too. I have never ordered from this particular site before, but I know that when you order something on Amazon.online, and it has “(2 pack)” written at the end like that, you get two of whatever it is that is shown, so I am assuming this works the same way.

Either Delta or American used to give out something like this on First Class flights. It would make a nice, little stocking stuffer…but that is false advertising saying that the “original price” is around $30. That would be highway robbery.
This would make a handy piece to keep in your car or desk at work though.
I just wanted the little case to put all the makeup I have been buying lately.. proably will give the burt bee things to teachers for gifts from grandaughter…thanks for the deal.

Oh, so what I thought was right! Awesome. It says (2 pack) after the title, and usually, on most sites (such as Amazon.online) this means that you get 2 of the item with each one you buy. I bought 2, assuming that meant I would be getting 4. I’m assuming there was only one lip balm in each one, right? I was pretty sure that’s what it meant. Yay, I’m excited. I just received mine today! I ordered two, and yes received 4-WOOHOOO! I was a little surprised to find that it has an airline emblem on it (american airlines maybe?), perhaps they were defectives? Not the most attractive bag (just grey) and has that logo everywhere (the package says “premium ammenities kit”) it indeed onlinees with a toothbrush (with travel cover), colgate, smints, toothpicks, face/hand towelette, eye mask, gray tube socks, Burt’s lotion, burt’s lipbalm, tissues and ear plugs.
I probably would have only ordered one if I had realized each came with two, but as Jessica said, just the little lotion and chapstick makes this well worth it!

I got mine today too.. Not really what I was expecting but With that said I am going to add a few more travel items that I have got in the past to them and make them Look a little better.

I got mine today and I received 2 as well. I’m uber excited. I can give one away as a gift. If I would’ve known I was getting two, I would have purchased more. However, I had a horrible shipping experience with FedEx Smartpost. I will try not to use that again.
For some reason they cancelled my order. I didn’t know until weeks later when I noticed a credit on my bank account. I didn’t receive an e-mail from them. I would’ve liked to get this deal. No biggie:)
