    Got it! I tried these for the first time when I “purchased” them at CVS with the free Kelloggs coupons that were available recently. Couponing is great because you try all sorts of things you might not have purchased. Now Kelloggs is getting another customer out of me because I tried it and liked it. Coupons are a win-win situation! (Well, make that win-win-win… I win because I get things free/cheap. onlinepanies win because they get their product out there. Stores win because they earn $.08!!)

    I think it’s absurd the FDA allows Kellogg’s to advertise these cereals as “whole grain” while containing so much sugar.

    And consumers actually buy this stuff and feed it to their kids. They’d be better served to purchase healthy brands such as Kashi and Cascadian Farms.

  Yep, I feed these and many other yummy sugary cereals to my kids… all four of my kids! Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops (this one even has “Fruit” in the title!!), Fruity Pebbles, oh and they even get Pop-Tarts and ‘whole grain’ waffles!!

  I think it’s absurd that you think that lots of sugar means it doesn’t contain whole grain. Sure, the onlinepany is advertising whole grain to make it look like a healthier option, but they’re not lying. It’s up to the consumer to look at their options and ultimately decide what to buy, eat, and feed their famiies. Way to be judgemental.
