I went with this brand as I already use the app for Govee outdoor lights. Easy to set up, sensitive sensors-which is what you want, and the audible alarm is a nice secondary alert as well. We ended up having a small leak from the backsplash at the kitchen sink that could have gone unnoticed for months without having a leak detector installed underneath. Luckily it was just a quick silicone job and did not have to replace any wood. Very happy with these. If I were to have one onlineplaint, the wireless receiver/transmitter is pretty bulky and takes up an entire outlet.
