  Hey there! This promotion is still working for me, when checking now. You might check that you have one of the white options in your cart and that the $3 coupon is checked/clipped, as well as the promo code entered during checkout. Be sure to click “apply” with the promo code – as just clicking “continue” doesn’t apply the savings. 💗

   This takes off $3 and $13. So $10.59 total. With $0.60 tax, $9.99 before tax is correct. For those having trouble, I did have a $16 promotional balance on my Amazon account. I had to uncheck that box during checkout first before the promo code would correctly apply. Hope that helps!
