This item is wonderful. It removes sticky labels and also markers. It has a nice citrusy smell and doesn’t make me sneeze like some chemical removers. It is a bit expensive but lasts a very long time. It does everything it says it does. I work in a library and use it for all kinds of labels and marks. Also, my scissors get sticky cutting clear book tape and this takes the sticky off the scissors and makes them sharp and easy to use. I highly reonlinemend this pen.
