Mainstays Recalls 1.2 Million Fall & Halloween Candles Due to Risk of Fire & Laceration

Star Soap Candle has issued a voluntary recall of 1.2 million Mainstays candles due to the risk of fire and laceration.
This recall onlinees after receiving 12 reports of the candle burning too close to the side of the container causing the glass to crack resulting in one report of a minor cut, multiple reports of damage to nearby items, and one report of a fire.
This recall includes Mainstays 3-Wick Halloween and Fall candles in a glass jar with a metal lid and includes the following scents:
- Jack-O-Lantern
- Mystic Fog
- Warm Apple Pie
- Warm Fall Leaves
- Fall Farm House
- Pumpkin Spice
- Magic Potion
These candles were sold exclusively at Walmart stores or Walmart.online from September 2022 through November 2022 for about $7.
